Christy Innouvong is a self-proclaimed “Seattleite” now living in Harlem, New York. Although she has been in New York for over 3 years, she still sees every day as an adventure and tries to live each day as if she were a tourist. Christy prefers street photography and child portraits, as well as tampering with the idea of seeing beauty in tragedy. Her latest photo series is entitled, “A Day in the Life…” which contains images from her Blackberry, Sony digital point and shoot, and also her Canon EOS Rebel SLR. In essence; these pictures are all about her no-fuss style of keeping things real and simply documenting her everyday life for the world to see.
Christy will be showing her photos to the public for the very first time at an Opening Reception in NYC!
Also featured at the reception will be Devin Cuthbertson's artwork, which can only be described as indescribable! Originally from Brooklyn, Cuthbertson has been referred to as "A Black Gifted Black Revolutionary Black Innovative Black Powerful Black
